About Us
We started Coldwater Skin Bar because we wanted skin treatments that work AND help us relax. We also just wanted a place to see real women and real skin. We offer holistic skin care that’s rooted in science and is custom-tailored for every individual.
Our philosophy
Our skin philosophy is based in corneotherapy - the science and practice of maintaining and restoring healthy skin. This unique approach treats the skin as a living organ, utilising products that mimic skin structure and function, while ensuring skin preservation and overall health. No two skins are alike, so our approach is always focused on what works for you and your skin.
Our Story
After 15 years as a flight attendant and a pilot, Isabelle made a bold career shift and founded Coldwater Skin Bar in 2020. Trading jet lag for skincare, she dove into medical aesthetics and countless hours of skin health education. Today, she’s deeply passionate about helping women feel confident in their skin—through education, empowerment, and a whole lot of glow.
Having dealt with cystic acne in her teens and 20s, and melasma in her 30s, Isabelle knows firsthand what it’s like to not feel at home in your skin. After years of trial, error, and healing, she’s passionate about helping others do the same. Her goal? That every client walks away feeling empowered, cared for, and confident in their skin—and in how to care for it.
