Isabelle is the owner and lead skin therapist/facialist at Coldwater Skin Bar, where she blends advanced medical aesthetics with a deeply restorative, results-driven approach. Bridging the gap between cold, clinical aesthetics treatments and fluffy facials - her main focus is always to create real change in the skin and to help her clients feel good in their skin.
Isabelle deeply values education: always learning more herself, training her team to be the best and helping her clients to understand their skin and how to best take care of it.

Robin Howard
Robin Howard is a dedicated skin therapist at Cold Water Skin Bar, bringing a holistic approach to skincare. Graduating from the BC Medical Aesthetic Spa in, Robin has cultivated a deep understanding of skin health and rejuvenation techniques.
Beyond merely treating the skin, Robin believes in the profound connection between inner well-being and outer beauty. Holding her Level 2 Reiki Masters certification, she integrates principles of energy healing into her practice to foster a sense of balance and harmony within her clients.
Robin is “obsessed” with skincare and ensuring her clients have the best products and treatments for their main skin concerns.

Caitlin is a passionate skin therapist with over a decade of experience in the luxury spa industry. Caitlin believes in the power of continuing education and is committed to evolving alongside the ever-changing skincare industry. Her approach integrates professional treatments, tailored lifestyle advice and customized home care, ensuring clients receive not only immediate results but long-term skin health. Caitlin strives to provide a safe and comfortable space for those who may have a complicated relationship with their skin, and always approaches treatments and home care advice with understanding and compassion.

Erikka, is a clinical aesthetician who graduated from Delmar College in 2019. Combining her clinical expertise with a holistic approach to skin wellness, she takes into account lifestyle factors, emotional well-being, and overall health when working with a client. Her focus is on supporting your skins natural vibrant flow, by diminishing muscle tension, nourishing the skin and promoting deep relaxation. She believes in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, understanding that true beauty radiates when all aspects of life are nurtured. Her treatments reflect this philosophy, offering gentle support and care to the whole person.
While Erikka considers her hands her most valuable tool, she also loves to incorporate a variety of devices to enhance the effectiveness of treatments. With a decade-long journey in the beauty industry, she remains dedicated to continuous learning and growth.
Beyond her professional endeavors, you’ll often find Erikka immersed in nature, enjoying time with her husband and dog by the ocean, painting, hiking and running.
