We are looking for a clinic coordinator and service providers to join our team!

For the Clinic Coordinator Role:

We are looking for someone to come learn how our clinic works, and then work on improving HOW we do things at the clinic and eventually manage our team of clinic assistants.

This role is for you if:

-You have previously worked at, or managed a health or beauty clinic.

- You have the experience in a leadership role - and/or want the opportunity to manage an expanding team.

-Technical Literacy: You are comfortable with (or excited to learn) tools that help a clinic run smoothly - JaneApp, Shopify, Google Drive, and AI like Google Gemini

-Organization Skills: You are detail oriented and very organized (if your closet is colour- coordinated - we want you!)

- You have a growth mindset: We invest in our team's professional development - and education is one of our core values.

- You want a beautiful home base: We’ve designed our shop to be a sanctuary for both our clients and our staff.

This role will include:

  • Client Experience: Providing the BEST client care experience and handling client inquiries, billing, and booking needs.

  • Facility Oversight: Ensure the physical space reflects our high standards of order and cleanliness.

  • Schedule Management: Oversee the clinic calendar

Hours: Daytime Hours: 25-30 hours a week

Pay: Hourly, Starting at $22 per hour and up to $27 per hour for the right person/experience.

For Service Providers

We are looking for dedicated professionals who treat their practice as an art form and value the freedom to deliver care at the highest possible standard - RMTs, Acupuncturist and other Health Practitioners.

- Rent-based Structure:We believe practitioners should reap the full benefits of their loyalty and hard work. Our rent structure is designed to maximize your take-home pay.
- Availability: We currently have availability for mornings (8am - 2pm), afternoons (2:30pm - 8:30pm),
Weekday and Weekend Availability.
What we provide:
- The booking system, laundry, linens and premium treatment room amenities (hydraulic treatment tables, sinks in rooms, etc)
- We provide front desk support staff (most of the time - this will increase as we grow).
- The flexibility to define your specialized offerings and establish a pricing model that reflects your expertise (Your practice, Your way)
- Access to a private staff lounge with coffee and hot water kettle, fridge, microwave, etc - a place to actually recharge between patients.
